Newtown Country Club in the heart of county Meath boasts an unrivalled reputation for it's live country music  on Saturday and Sundays nights. These take place in the huge lounge which can accommodate up to 500 music lovers. If she is not on tour, one of the performers may well be Mary Duff, a singer with an international stardom, who together with her husband Paul McKenna, own and run this fantastic establishment. The Country Club also serves food (by booking) on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. The venue is very popular for celebrating special occasions such as birthdays and anniversaries.

And in the grounds of the country club lies a beautiful 18-hole championship pitch and putt course where many important competitions take place. We also get year round visits from Pitch and Putt clubs from around the country.
